Safe and sound. Liquiline M for dependable results with process measurement

Whether it be pH/redox, conductivity or dissolved oxygen measurement, Endress+Hauser’s loop-powered Liquiline M Transmitter is the solution in situations where safety is paramount. With full ATEX approvals and a SIL2 rating, this easy-to-use transmitter has a wide range of applications encompassing chemical and water industries as well as food and pharmaceutical processes.

With step-by-step menu-driven operation, user error is virtually eliminated. Its operation has been greatly simplified thanks to the new ‘navigator’ button that features a twisting dial encompassing an integrated ‘enter’ key. Parameter setting, servicing, diagnosis and predictive maintenance can all be viewed in plain text format, encompassing easy-to-read 28mm-high display characters.

Always on guard

Designed with process safety in mind, for error signaling in case of loss of functions, Liquiline M offers predictive maintenance information via an output and red LED alarm, so you’ll always be alerted to any problems instantly. And, with its integrated online help system, there are no complicated codes to decipher - it tells you exactly what you need to know.

Liquiline M is available as either a digital or analogue transmitter and it’s designed for all standard bus systems including HART, PROFIBUS or FOUNDATION Fieldbus, for simple integration into both new and existing systems. When used in conjunction with Memosens technology, sensor-specific data is automatically transported between sensor and transmitter. Additionally, critical data such as calibrations and sensor limits, is stored in the transmitter allowing simple commissioning and maintenance with pre-calibrated sensors.

Multi-functional versatility

In its basic form, Liquiline M includes all the important functions for standard applications. However, for measuring points that require a higher safety level and high accuracy adjustment options, our ‘Advanced’ software is the best choice. Among its key benefits is a two-point temperature adjustment feature (offset and slope), together with additional functions such as a calibration timer and calibration stability settings. For high end applications requiring additional security controls, ‘Advanced Plus’ software enables the creation of multiple users with individual IDs and passwords. This will automatically provide a tamper-proof audit trail with clear documentation of any changes, such as calibration and housing opening, in line with the FDA’s 21CFR11 regulations.
