New eOne Series of Chemical Dosing Pumps

Posted: Tuesday 6th November 2012

Etatron GB launched the new eOne Solenoid Dosing Pump range in the UK at WWEM 2012.

This innovative range of chemical dosing pumps features a new microprocessor able to detect any failure in the suction or discharge within the dosing system. The pump range has been designed with a focus on energy efficiency with power consumption of only 26W at maximum flow rate and reduced energy consumption when the pressure and flow rate are set at lower settings, to a minimum consumption of just 6W. The models within the eOne range include; the MA, a manually controlled dosing pump adjustable from 0 to 100%; the MF multifunction pump which can receive a 4-20 mA or reed contact water meter signal to regulate the pumpís dosing; the ST will feature an in-built controller which doses based on pre-set values for the Cl, pH, CD and Redox levels of the dosing system. All eOne pumps feature a double ceramic ball valve pump head and operate at 300 strokes per minute which ensures repeatability and accurate dosing. The eOne pump range will initially have a maximum flow rate of 17.8 l/h and a maximum pressure of 8 Bar with models being introduced in 2013 with the flow and pressure range increased to 30 L/h and 20 bar.
