Posted: Tuesday 16th September 2008

Jekyll Electronic Technology, a UK designer and manufacturer of modems for a host of M2M industrial applications is pleased to announce a new package for design engineers and systems integrators. The company is now offering its renowned Tele2 GSM modem together with 10 hours of engineering time for only £500.

“Due to the fact our modems are highly versatile and can be used in such a wide range of applications, many companies have benefited from our in-house engineering expertise to programme the modems for their specific requirements.” explains Derek Richardson, Group Sales Director at Jekyll. “This new package will save them considerable time in bringing their ideas to fruition and gives them an opportunity to see how well our modems work. What we are offering here is a simple route to get a prototype programmed to the clients requirements - for a fixed fee.”

The latest modem in the Jekyll range is the Tele2 Mobile Quadband modem. Designed for use in industrial environments, the Tele2 Mobile is small and compact and will be supplied with both its mounting and housing options configured to suit the environment for which it is to be used.
