Building on the success of its innovative VXE valve, Durapipe UK is now expanding its range to include the new SXE ball check valve to offer specifiers, contractors and end users increased choice and flexibility.

Incorporating a threaded ball seat carrier, the new SXE double union design valve is more reliable and safer than other options available on the market. Designed with a spherical shutter, the SXE offers complete flexibility so the valve can be installed either vertically or horizontally.

The new addition to the range boasts the unique features that have proved popular on the VXE including the multifunctional Easyfit Handle and the Easyfit labelling system for tagging or branding the valve.

Unlike other valves available, the Durapipe Easyfit valve range allows customers to brand or label the valve through specialist software that is provided by durapipe. This innovative technology means that companies can easily ‘own-brand’ the valve or alternatively label the valve with the chemical that the pipework is carrying, increasing plant efficiency as pipelines will be instantly identifiable.

Available in sizes up to 63mm, the SXE ball check valve will be manufactured in ABS, PVC and PVC-C materials and is ideal for a variety of industrial applications including chemical, water treatment and processing plants.

James Roper, industrial brand manager for Durapipe UK comments: “Our VXE valve has proved extremely popular with customers but we wanted to build on the unique features of this product to offer more options.”

The new SXE valve bolsters the Durapipe FIP range of valve and flow control solutions, offering customers a complete range of products that are purpose-designed to meet a diverse range of industrial applications.
