Calmag receives WRAS approval on its range of Electromag water conditioners

Posted: Friday 10th August 2012

Leading water conditioning company, Calmag Ltd, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, has had its Electromag range of commercial scale inhibitors approved by WRAS – the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme.

WRAS has been set up to promote knowledge of the UK Water Supply Regulation Bylaws and to encourage their consistent interpretation and enforcement, for the prevention of waste, undue consumption, misuse, erroneous measurement or contamination of water.

WRAS Approval is the best way to demonstrate compliance as it is granted directly by representatives of the water suppliers and is therefore accepted by every water supplier in the UK.

Commenting on receiving this acknowledgement, Charles Wysocki, Managing Director of Calmag, said, “We are constantly investing in new product development and believe that WRAS approval can provide the necessary quality endorsement installers of these products should be looking for. WRAS approval fits well with our commitment to quality assurance through comprehensive testing procedures and the highest levels of customer service.”
