BritishFlora selected Best Company at Ecobuild

Posted: Monday 15th September 2014

On hearing that he had won the Best Company at Ecobuild Award, Chris Baker; MD. commented:

Winning the Best Company at Ecobuild Award is a fantastic surprise for me and a wonderful reward for all the hard work I have put in over the many months to make sure that BritishFlora will continue as the premier supplier of native British wildflowers, aquatics, wetland plugs and seed. It has always had an excellent reputation for supplying native plants to the trade and for its ecological and remediation work. I want to carry on that tradition as far as I can…..”

Having BritishFlora ecologist Liz Powell alongside to offer advice on remediation, reed beds, wildlife habitat creation and native species green roofs distinguishes BritishFlora as having its’ own highly experienced advice and consultation service. Liz has worked on several high profile remediation and green roof projects for BritishFlora in the past, including work for Royal Palace Waterways: creating enhanced aquatic planting in the hard engineered waterways at Hampton Court.
