Providing its customers with more interactive information, Frazer has launched a new website, and has plans to launch a smartphone App.

Frazer’s website, at, offers all the content that its customers have come to rely on, updated to be more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

The resources Frazer is hoping to make more accessible include a new rotating company newsreel, a section dedicated to Frazer’s sustainability efforts, and the new edition product guide, which can be viewed online as a flipbook.

The product guide, which also includes specification data and detailed information to make product selection easier, is also due to be launched as a smartphone App, allowing customers access to the full contents of the product guide on the go.

The improvements to the website and the launch of the App, are both part of an initiative to cut down on wastage of printed materials and guides, within larger-scale plans to implement sustainable ways of doing business. It also enables Frazer to make regular updates on both corporate news and its product guide, to keep customers fully informed on new developments.

Martin Casey, General Manager for Frazer, said: “The website incorporates practical resources to encourage our customers to engage with Frazer; including an account application form, a dedicated careers page, and a ‘contact us’ facility.

“The smartphone app is part of our plan to utilise interactive technologies more in our continued efforts to support our customers. We are already renowned in the civils and utilities industry for offering full supply solutions, and it is hoped our website and smartphone app will bring further support to our customers.”
