De Nora will leverage its Capital Controls' gas feed disinfection & ClorTec on-site experience to maintain reliable and efficient plant operations.

De Nora is pleased to announce that it has achieved the Approved Contractor status with Guernsey Water following the stringent assessment of the company's health and safety processes and procedures. Having worked together for the last nine years, De Nora will continue to provide ongoing support to Guernsey Water in the operation and maintenance of its equipment and systems, at five key drinking water facilities on the island.

As the Original Equipment Manufacturer of Guernsey Water's installed base of water disinfection technologies, with more than 50 years' water treatment experience, De Nora is ideally suited to ensure its Capital Controls' gas feed disinfection technology and ClorTec on-site sodium hypochlorite generation systems continue to function to the high levels of efficiency for which they are renowned, and to ensure the best return on investment over the whole life of the installation.

Mark Walker, Guernsey Water's Capital Delivery Manager, said: "We are pleased that De Nora has been included on our list of Approved Contractors for Health & Safety; it demonstrates their commitment to undertaking work in a considered and safe way and provides us with assurance that all the necessary H&S laws, directives and guidelines are being adhered to."
