New fleet of vans lets Business Stream tap into customers

Posted: Thursday 9th December 2010

Business Stream, Scotland’s leading non-domestic water supplier, has launched a fleet of newly-branded customer support vans to help its meter readers connect with business customers across Scotland.

The 24 meter reader vehicles have been given the Business Stream livery to make them instantly recognisable to customers.

Business Stream’s meter readers and external customer resolution team, who have all been trained to help answer Business Stream related queries, will now also have branded clothing.

Mark Powles, chief executive of Business Stream, said: “Our customers expect the highest possible standards of service and now that our meter reader and external customer resolution vans have our name on the side, our customers will know they can expect the same high levels of service from our people on the road as they receive from our representatives across the organisation.”
