Maximise Bio-Gas Production

No longer is Biogas an unwanted by-product of sludge or high-strength waste digestion, it’s become a highly valuable product.
Municipal and industrial operators with digestion facility are now encouraging import of digestable waste in order to maximize use of their capacity and hence “energy income”. Managing this activity requires monitoring of proposed imports for energy production or digestion inhibition before acceptance. The RespSys-AER200, a high resolution 8 bottle (expandable to 24) unit, is ideal for this purpose, enabling operators to monitor gas production potential, detect potential toxic imports, and ensure maximum activity of the bioculture. It allows multiple concurrent tests and the ability to assess Methane content within the one unit. It is the ideal tool for large sludge treatment centres. Smaller undertakings may benefit from the simpler & much cheaper Quickscan system, a four bottle non expandable unit, but producing the same type of information.
